Though my roots lie in the coastal areas of the Eastern Shore of Delmarva, the warmth and opportunities are what have attracted me to the beautiful state of Florida. Family travels taken here during my youth made me realize that upon graduation from high school, I would like to call Florida home.

Decisions on where to go to college left me deciding between the University of Central Florida and Flagler College in Saint Augustine. With my small town roots, I knew that I would be a lost puppy in a state school such as UCF and that sealed the decision for me. Flagler proved to be a great decision and the four years that I enjoyed there are ones that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

While in college in nearby Saint Augustine, Jacksonville never ceased to amaze me due to its opportunities and the variety of land areas available within its borders. I knew real estate was where I wished to focus my efforts and Jacksonville was a city that offered incredible growth opportunities for its citizens, as well as the local economy. Within minutes from anywhere in the city you can be biking through dense forest or strolling along a deserted beach. This is unique in a city of this size, and I realized that this variety of offerings is what people will look for when deciding where to call home.

Throughout my life my parents have been active in the fields of real estate and construction. My parents have built many homes throughout my life. This has given me the opportunity to learn many things through their knowledgeable insight about the opportunities that real estate presents. My mother has been an agent with Long and Foster in Delaware for almost a decade and her successes are a tribute to the value of honesty, integrity, and hard work.

My father has recently retired from teaching and is now helping my mother with the many tasks associated with providing superior customer service. As the oldest of three children, I saw first hand what my parents have gone through and what it takes to gain clients for life.
